We combed our beautiful state of South Carolina for the happiest and hardest working bees. This certified South Carolina product is a reflection of the flora found throughout the Lowcountry of Charleston, SC. - a perfect match for our made-by-hand biscuits. The color and flavor of honey are determined by the nectar sources the honeybees foraged to make it, and the honey will vary throughout the year depending on what's in bloom.
